SIADE 2025 – International Exhibition of Artificial Intelligence, Defense and Space SIIPA 2025 – International Exhibition of Pharmaceutical Innovation in Abidjan These events, held from February 20 to 21, 2025 in Abidjan, allowed VITIB to strengthen its position as a leading technology hub in West Africa.

SIADE 2025: Artificial Intelligence, Defense and Space VITIB at the heart of African strategic innovation

The 1st edition of SIADE, hosted at the Abidjan Exhibition Center, brought together international experts, young talents, and institutional partners around the issues related to artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and space exploration.

As a sponsor, VITIB reaffirmed its commitment to the democratization of digital professions and digital transformation in Africa. Its stand attracted many visitors, curious to learn more about the services, opportunities, and tax advantages offered by the Grand-Bassam Technological Free Zone. During a notable speech, VITIB presented to participants the opportunities for tech companies to set up in the zone, while emphasizing the strengths of Côte d’Ivoire as a digital investment destination.

SIIPA 2025: Pharmaceutical and Technological Innovation VITIB, catalyst for biotech and the pharmaceutical industry in Africa

Organized at the Radisson Blu in Abidjan, the theme of the International Exhibition of Pharmaceutical Innovation in Abidjan (SIIPA 2025) was: “Pharmaceutical innovations: contribution to the implementation of One Health”

Bringing together more than 400 participants (researchers, start-ups, investors, pharmacists...), this event represented an essential platform for exchange for players in biotechnology and digital health. VITIB presented its pharma hub of more than 20 hectares, specially dedicated to hosting industries operating in the fields of pharmacy, agri-food, and biotechnology. To date, six pharmaceutical companies are already established in the Grand-Bassam Free Zone:

VITIB's support for this exhibition aims to make Grand-Bassam a regional technological center for health innovation, promoting synergy between technology, industry, and sustainable development.
