The benefit of the ZBTIC regime is subject to obtaining an agreement issued by the EPE (VITIB S.A). Companies wishing to set up in the free zone as User Companies must operate in the following fields of activity

• Biotechnology
• Information and Communication Technologies
• Banks and Financial Institutions supporting investments made in the Free Zone

The effective issuance of the agreement requires the prior submission of the agreement application file and its analysis by the approval committee The application file must include

• An application form for approval duly completed by the legal representative of the company
• The company's statutes
• A summary of the business plan for the activity that will be carried out in the park and highlight the evolution over five years
• Financial statements for the last three years, for an existing company.
• Provisional financial statements over five years.

INCENTIVE LEGAL, TAX AND CUSTOMS PROVISIONS

• 0% customs duties on import and export
• 0% income tax for the first 5 years
• Total exemption from the business license tax
• 1% tax on turnover from the 6th year with the possibility of tax reduction up to 50%.
• 0% value-added tax on production factors: consumption of electricity, water, and petroleum products.
• Freedom to transfer funds on salaries and distributed dividends
• One-stop shop for quick assistance in administrative operations
• Residence permit for foreigners and their families
• No limit on foreign and local investments
